Today, we have class with Dr. Ooi about Elderly and Physical Activity..Dr. Ooi asked us to think about an exercise or games that suitable for elderly and will present it in tomorrow practical class..this activity is doing as a group task..My group is with Adot, Ain, and Cham..so, we will discussing about the activity tonight..what are we gonna do ya??
